The aim of our partnership is to provide a professional and cost-effective Bookkeeping service to local businesses and sole traders alike. We aim to make your life easier by taking away the pressures of producing monthly, quarterly and annual returns, in the preparation for the production of the final accounts by your accountant.
Sam Moore, who is based in Hadlow, has worked in the finance industry since 1991, and has a wide range of experiences, working within manufacturing, service and transport sectors. This includes broad finance skills, including cashiering, credit control, payroll manager, bought ledger and the setting up of new companies.
Caroline Banton, who is based in Tunbridge Wells, graduated from the University of Brighton in 2001 with a degree in Accounting and Finance and has worked in the finance industry ever since. Caroline has worked within the travel and retail sectors and helped to develop the accounting systems in many different industries (including charities, airlines, wholesalers and professional firms).
We are both qualified Computerised Associate members of theInstitute of Certified Bookkeepers (ICB), the biggest Institute of it’s kind. Between us we have over 20 years of financial experience, holding practicing certificates issued by the ICB and full professional Indemnity Insurance.
Our service will enable you to spread the costs of your bookkeeping over the whole year, rather than large bill at year-end. We can take your box of receipts and organise them into a format where your accountants will take much less time to create your final accounts and tax returns – therefore saving you money in the long-term.
We use one of the markets leading accounting software packages, with full reporting tools. We have sound back-up systems, with password protection, to protect your data. We are therefore able to provide your accountants with your accounts by disk or email, including any specific reporting requirements, you have.
